Museum Night bus
Museum Night buses leave every 15 minutes and take you to participating institutions via two different routes. Transportation is free for passe-partout holders. Please find a description of both routes in your programme guide. Museum Night bus stops are not necessarily regular HTM-bus stops.
Museum Night bus stops are indicated by a big M.

Nightly city walks
You can participate in special walks, passing many of The Hague's cultural hightlights. Just follow the Museum Night stars on the sidewalk.

HTM
(bus, tram, RandstadRail)
Public transport company HTM takes you to all the important venues. Transportation by bus, tram or RandStadrail, is free for passe-partout holders between 5 pm and 2 am.

Please visit www.htm.nl for more information on departure times. Passe-partouts are not valid for transportation on regular HTM night buses.

Historic tram
Make your Museum Night experience even more special, by choosing the historic tram as a means of transportation between museums! Historic trams go from the Statenkwartier to the city centre, passing Central Station, and back. Trams leave every 20 minutes, between 7 pm and midnight, and take you to most of the participating museums (at no more than 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop).

Most participating museums are accessible by historic tram. Transportation is free for passe-partout holders.

Ooievaart
The 'open air museum The Hague' serves as the backdrop of a very special boat trip. A guide takes you from a museum of classic arts to an extremely modern avantgardistic city. Embrace this Night's theme and 'see twice as much' by combining a boat trip with a visit to a museum, and experience double enjoyment! A boat trip is free of charge for passe-partout holders. You can't make reservations. Come to the quay, and remember: admittance is subject to availability. Shuttle between 8 pm and midnight. For embarking and disembarking points click here.

Willemsvaart
This Museum Night, The Willemsvaart sails between The Hague city centre and Scheveningen. Stops: Koningskade (near number 15), and Haringkade (near Vijzelstraat). Departures: every hour on the hour. Earliest departures: 7 pm (city centre) and 8 pm (Scheveningen). Last departures: midnight (city centre) and 1 am (Scheveningen). The boat can accommodate nine persons, which means admittance is subject to availability. Boat trips are subject to cancellation in case of bad weather conditions.

Parking
Free parking is available for passe-partout holders in designated parking lots near the Koninklijke Bibliotheek (Royal Library), Letterkundig Museum (Literary Museum) and Nationaal Archief (National Archives). Address: Prins Willem-Alexanderweg 5 (lots are subject to availability). Note: Paid parking lots are available in most of the city centre.
