At the old residence of authentic 'Hagenaar' Willem Mesdag, you will find local theatre group Puur Gelul (Pure Bullshit). Puur Gelul stands for Senseless Literary Violence The Hague way. In an adjacent room, a jazz-DJ takes care of a relaxed lounge atmosphere. At the bar people can dig up old local stories. And if they can't, some ladies can! They tell the story of Mr and Mrs Mesdag and their collection. If the weather is fine, drinks will be served in the garden.
